Im folgenden eine aktualisierte Liste (Stand: Juni 1999) der zentralen Erstattungsbehörden in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten für die Erstattung von Vorsteuern an im Ausland ansässige Stpfl. mit der Bitte um Kenntnisnahme. Bei den genannten Behörden können sowohl Anträge nach der 8. EG-Richtlinie (von Stpfl., die in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat ansässig sind) als auch nach der 13. EG-Richtlinie (von Stpfl., die nicht im Gemeinschaftsgebiet ansässig sind) gestellt werden.
