- Da NI in Bezug auf den Warenverkehr dem Binnenmarkt zugeordnet wird, sind Ausfuhrbeschränkungen für Dual-Use-Güter und ähnliche Ausfuhrkontrollen (s. Teil I unter 2.3.6) auf das Verbringen von Waren zwischen NI und einem EU-Mitgliedstaat nicht anwendbar.
- Das VK sieht für das Verbringen von Waren zwischen dem VK und NI gleichfalls keine Ausfuhrkontrollen vor, während das Unionsrecht das VK bzw. GB als Drittland behandelt, sodass in NI etwaige Genehmigungspflichten auch für das Verbringen nach GB beachtet werden müssen, soweit keine Erleichterungen festgelegt wurden.
