Bugfixes

Smart Document Generation features still available when disabled - FIXED

Before, users could access DocGen tab on the Admin panel of Document Manager and users were able to generate documents from employee profile whereas"Smart Document Generation" feature was disabled on the platform. This issue is now fixed.

We have taken this as an opportunity to add further desired columns:

  • Number of public messages send by employees and HR
  • Number of attachments (without comment attachments)
  • Visibility to employee: Is the request visible to the employee or not?
  • Oranization*
  • Requested by: Request creator was added

⚠️ Requests created without employee and organisation are excluded and are not displayed

*Columns are hidden by default and can now be added through the column management button.

Export as CSV

The old export button has been redesigned so that the user now receives a CSV file directly by mail corresponding to the filters of the request.

Activation of the "Read-Only" FeatureFlag on Forms

Revamp of the non-editable fields in the forms of the Digital Process Manager and the Employee Portal (for DPM tasks)

  • Process notify validation emails sent even if notifications are disabled in the user profile - FIXED
  • TypeError: Offset-naive and offset-aware dates cannot be compared. Display of Error 500 when users try to access a process - FIXED
  • PASite available language property bug randomly - The new property "Available Language" in the PASite class caused SiteFactory to produce random errors and thus the texts - FIXED

Differentiation Of Organisations And Employees Used In Filters For Articles

Improving the filters usage on the articles administration interface

When using filters in the article administration interface, it was often difficult to distinguish the items to be filtered by. Some of the items could have the same name and the IDs were not shown in the filter, e.g. when filtering for two employees with the same name.

What has been changed:

Displaying IDs of elements within the following filters:

  • Employee name
  • Organization
  • Organization group

Replacing Articles Feedback By Articles Ratings In The Menu

Standardisation of the wording across the various KB interfaces

HR administrators can access employees' ratings and comments on articles through several interfaces. However, the wording was not the same everywhere: there was " article feedback" and "article ratings", which could be confusing for users.

What has been changed:

Rename the menu entry "Article Feedback to "Articles Ratings"

Bugfixes

  • Cancelled changes in tags when editing articles are displayed as saved - When modifying tags on articles but cancelling the changes, they were displayed as if they were saved - FIXED
  • Not all articles are shown on create a request page for the user. When a user was looking at articles in the request creation interface, only 11 articles were shown and the other ones were hidden - FIXED

Redesigning the employee Portal - Deployments

Roll-out plan for the new Employee Portal homepage:

  • June 15th: Activation for voluntary customers on staging and/or production environments - Done
  • July 27th: Activation for all staging platforms - Done
  • July 27th: 20 customers on production - Done
  • August 24th: 50 customers on production - Done
  • September 8th: 100 customers on production  -  Next step
  • September 22nd: Remaining customers on production

Bugfixes

The "Change language" feature was available for monolingual customers  - FIXED

The feature "change language" in the left vertical menu was displayed even when only one language was activated on the platform.

Incorrect quick actions displayed for new hire - FIXED

After opening/refreshing the main page on Employee Portal as new hire, incorrect quick actions are displayed for a brief second, after which correct ones are loaded.

Removing the welcome message on the homepage - FIXED

The message “Welcome to your HR service Desk” was not compatible with the usage of the platform for many customers. This message has been removed.

Distorted images within articles - FIXED

Images were distorted and badly displayed within articles.

Repeated banner on the homepage - FIXED

When the screen was larger than the banner, the banner was duplicated, causing a weird display.
