Der Bevollmächtigte ist insbesondere berechtigt, die Verkaufsbedingungen zu vereinbaren, die Auflassung zu erklären und alle zur Durchführung, Änderung, Ergänzung oder Aufhebung des Vertrages erforderlichen oder zweckdienlichen Rechtshandlungen vorzunehmen, und zwar einschließlich solcher, welche die Bewilligung und Beantragung von Eintragungen und Löschungen von Rechten in Abt. II und III des Grundbuches zum Gegenstand haben.			The Agent is particularly authorised to agree on the conditions of the sale, to declare the conveyance and to make and receive all declarations and legal acts which are necessary or useful for the implementation, amendment, supplement or rescindment of the agreement, including those subject of which are the consent and application for the registration or deletion of rights in Sec. II and III of the land register.
Der Bevollmächtigte ist weiter berechtigt, den jeweiligen Eigentümer des Grundstücks der sofortigen Zwangsvollstreckung nach § 800 ZPO zu unterwerfen.			The Agent is further authorized to submit the respective owner of the property to immediate enforcement in rem pursuant to Sec. 800 German Code on Civil Procedure.
Der Bevollmächtigte ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Er ist befugt, entsprechend dem Umfang der Hauptvollmacht Untervollmacht zu erteilen.			The Agent is exempted from the restrictions of Sec. 181 German Civil Code. He is authorized to grant sub powers of attorney within the scope of this power of attorney.
Diese Vollmacht unterliegt dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Bei etwaigen Diskrepanzen zwischen der deutschen und der englischen Fassung dieser Vollmacht ist die deutsche Fassung maßgebend.			This power of attorney is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. In case of discrepancies between the German and the English wording of this power of attorney the German wording shall prevail.
