Bugfixes:

• Randomly, managers could not view documents in the employee folders: FIXED

Managers were previously unable to display random documents in a staff folder while being able to upload documents to that folder. The problem always occurred when the merge_profiles function flag was enabled. It is now fixed, the managers with multiple profiles can now display the documents in their scope correctly.

Digital Process Manager & Forms

Activation of the "Read-Only" Feature Flag on forms
Revamp of non-editable fileds in forms used on Digital Process Manager and on Employee Portal (for DPM tasks)

Redesigning the employee portal Deployments

Roll-out plan for the new Employee Portal homepage:

• June 15th: Activation for voluntary customers on staging and/or production environments à Done
• July 27th: Activation for all staging platforms à Done
• July 27th: 20 customers on production à Done
• August 24th: 50 customers on production à Next step
• September 8th: 100 customers on production
• September 22nd: Remaining customers on production
