Important Email Security Policy Updates
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure HRSD’s email security policy is up-to-date and DMARC compliant, UKG will be deploying DMARC (Domain-Based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) protocols on Monday, April 18, 2022. This update will affect any emails coming from @people-doc.com.
DMARC is an email authentication protocol that protects against unauthorized use of domains by fraudulent groups or individuals for the purposes of spam, spoofing, and phishing. It also provides UKG with greater visibility into cyber threats and prevents misuse of our brand for fraudulent activities.
Notes: No action is required and there will be no change in your current processes or experience
Enabling HR Administrators to add the tags on several articles at the same time from the articles list on the Knowledge Base administration to simplify this task and safe time. When selecting multiple articles, they will be able to add tags to the translations of the selected articles.
Before HR Admins had to add and update tags on articles manually for each article which was very time consuming.
