  • Management of the process chain from process engineering to manufacture and assembly of our product lines
  • Planning production processes, organizing production, planning and allocating workplaces, and selecting, hiring and training new employees
  • Responsible for product quality, production output, scrap and rework and inventory control
  • Coordination of the cooperation with our development, purchasing and sales department
  • Coordination of the cooperation with other production departments at all our facilities
  • Responsibility for the planning and execution of actions to implement and accomplish total quality for customer satisfaction and to maintain ISO registration
  • Responsibility for all subordinate departmental budgets
  • Strategic and operative development of the product departments RSES and Door Panels
  • Management of plant engineering projects
  • Responsibility for the conduct of all tasks in accordance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations, including the support of all required internal audits and the provision of comprehensive feedback reports

In all his positions, Mr. Dupont realized company goals with an exceptional level of engagement and outstanding personal commitment. He familiarized himself quickly with new challenges and found optimal solutions even for special customer requirements and under high time pressures. Always planning and coordinating the establishment of production lines and the use of materials and machines perfectly, he assured maximum operational efficiency and highest product quality.
